Refund & Replacement Policy

At OOS Wear, we are currently operating with a limited initial drop.

As of now, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

We only provide replacement or refund in case the product received is damaged or defective.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video showing the issue

⚠️ We strongly recommend recording a video while unpacking your order. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Resolution

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, subject to availability
    or

  • A refund of the product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable)

Important Notes
  • No returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference

  • Minor variations in color or print are not considered defects

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
